Batch Brew is a collaboration with Brennans Bread, brewed using surplus Brennans Batch White Loaf that would otherwise go to waste. The bread is incorporated into the grain bill of a light, fruit-forward pale ale, where it contributes a subtle bready backbone alongside clean pale malt. Wicklow Wolf is planting native Irish trees in partnership with ReWild Wicklow with a contribution from every pack sold, making this a beer with a clear environmental purpose alongside its easy-drinking appeal.
