How long does delivery take within Ireland?
We offer nationwide delivery across the Republic of Ireland. Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 working days, though during peak periods this may extend slightly.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes, once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number from our courier partner to monitor your delivery progress.
What happens if a bottle arrives broken?
While we use specialized protective packaging, accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours with a photo of the damage for a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer a Click & Collect service?
Absolutely. You can choose the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout to pick up your order from any of our O'Briens Wine store locations for free.
Is there a minimum order requirement for delivery?
There is no minimum order quantity; however, we offer free delivery on all orders over €100. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee applies.
How do you verify the age of the recipient?
In compliance with Irish law, we operate a strict age verification policy. You must be over 18 to purchase alcohol, and our couriers may request valid photo ID upon delivery.
