This dry Riesling from Alsace was made in Hunawihr by Burgundy-born winemaker Sophie Schaal. Made from hand-harvested Riesling grown on clay-limestone soils and farmed organically, it is whole bunch pressed and cool fermented to preserve freshness, purity, and a true sense of place.

Sophie likes to serve this as a “welcome drink” to her friends. The zing of Riesling also suits seafood and shellfish.
