Sophie Schaal Gewürztraminer is an organic white wine made in Hunawihr by Sophie Schaal, a Burgundy-born winemaker known for expressive, terroir-led wines. Crafted from hand-harvested grapes grown on predominantly limestone soils and farmed organically, the grapes are whole-bunch pressed and gently fermented to preserve the variety’s rich aromatic character.
