Giffard has been producing liqueurs in Angers, in France's Loire Valley, since 1885. The Aperitivo Spritz uses grapefruit zest macerated in white vinegar, enhanced with gentian extracts, to deliver the bittersweet character of a classic aperitivo without any alcohol.

Giffard Alcohol Free Aperitivo Spritz

• 50ml Giffard Spritz Alcohol Free
• 75ml alcohol-free sparkling wine
• 25ml soda water
• Orange slice
• Lots of ice

Add all of the ingredients to a balloon glass filled with ice and mix gently. Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy a refreshing alcohol-free twist on the classic Italian spritz.
