Joined now by winemaker Stephen Carrier who’s vast ‘New World’ experience, has helped cement the properties 400-hundred-year history to Fieuzal’s modern expression of Pessac-Léognan. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, Château de Fieuzal Blanc has lifted notes of citrus, green fruit, acacia, and a touch of exotic fruit, the palate has a hint of toast, with green fruits and refreshing acidity along with a mineral note.
