Produced by acclaimed winemaker, Simon Waghorn, this single-vineyard wine is quite a different take on Marlborough Sauvignon. The hand-picked grapes are barrel fermented with wild yeasts before ageing in French oak barrels, giving the wine lots of body and texture. It’s a truly stunning take on Marlborough Sauvignon and one that will continue to develop complexity in the bottle if well cellared.
